John Huber is a low cost DJ for high end weddings end events. He is experienced at all types of weddings and events. John provides simple and unobtrusive MC and DJ services for your wedding or event. John is professional in appearance (Coat/Suit/Tux) and brings a professional looking setup with no unsightly cables and other equipment to ruin your pictures. John is not going to "pump up the jams" nor will he lead the Chicken Dance. He is not a club DJ and does not cater to the beer drinking and rah rah crowd. What he will do is provide individualized service for your wedding or event that is professional, courteous and will not be noticed. John has been in the music business in various bands throughout the Baltimore Metro Area and has performed at all types of venues including country clubs, yacht clubs, mansions and more. John has a professional sounding and soothing announcing voice and will say what needs to be said and nothing more. He will provide dinner music, cocktail hour music, dancing/reception music or just background music as necessary and as requested. In addition, he will make announcements as necessary, introduce the wedding party and will manage the flow of your reception from beginning to end in a elegant, professional and unobtrusive manner.
You can provide a list as detailed as you want prior to your wedding or event or one can be tailored to fit the needs of your wedding or event based on John's years of experience in the music
business. John can also provide cordless mic (lapel) services as needed for your ceremony as well as ceremony music if needed and if the event is in one location.
John will meet with you ahead of time if you wish to go over your event or you can provide the information over email. He will arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your wedding or event and be well prepared ahead of time.
All of this for only $300.00. No deposit required.
Don't make the music at your wedding more of an issue than it needs to be. Focus your attention on more important matters, and leave the music and MC/announcing part of it to a professional.
It amazes me when I see web sites of other DJ's who say that choosing the right DJ is "the most important decision you will make for your wedding." Really? More important then the venue itself or the caterer or the photographer? I think not. Yes, it is important, but it shoud not be the focus of your wedding. Save your money and worrying for more important things.
Another thing that amazes me is when they claim they have thousands and thousands of songs in their "extensive library." One even claimed ot have over a million songs! Sounds impressive, but the truth is that anyone with a computer can access pretty much any song ever recorded. and yes, for free!! You tell John what you want and he will play it. It's that simple.
Again, save your money for the more important things and hire me and relax about the music.
